Validity: Clients must have been married within 1 month of arrival and present a copy of their wedding certificate at check in. Bookings must be remarked with "honeymoon".

Spring Break Groups: Must be pre-approved prior to booking, with the groups department. All rooms must include at least one 18-year old guest. Each room must include a minimum of 1 guest with a credit card, willing to accept financial responsibility for any damage incurred by ay of the occupants of said room (guarantor). The resort reserves the right to remove from the property any guest exhibiting unbecoming behavior immediately including all of the other occupants of said room. No Refund will be applied for unused stays.
