Student Groups will be on request basis only. In the case a request comes through and is confirmed, a deposit of $100 USD per room upon arrival, is required for any underage (-18 YO) student groups. This deposit will be refunded at check-out is no damage is found in the room. A tutor or legal guardian and a letter of acceptance of responsibility is required for each 10th underage PAX, from the 11th underage PAX, another will be signed and subsequently on the 21st, 31st.
