The ultimate way to live out your fist-pumping guitar-shredding fantasy with expert instruction and accelerated stage training at the Music Lab of the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. As part of your all-inclusive stay, there's no experience needed and all guests ages 12 and over are welcome to play.

Jam Band:
Jam Band gives you the opportunity to be a rock star for a day regardless of your skill level. Choose to play 1 of 4 instruments or be the lead singer in a rock band of up to 7 people. Your very own Rock Specialist will coach you through rehearsals and onto the big stage where you will perform in front of a live audience. *3 Jam Band Stations set up simultaneously for rehearsal followed by a concert.

Mix, you’re the DJ:
Mix lets you be a part of the EDM movement by learning to put a spin on classic and modern tracks. Cutting edge DJ tools and software from Traktor by Native Instruments let's you be your own DJ before performing live on stage. *3 Mix Stations set up simultaneously for rehearsal followed by a concert.

Rocktube:
Welcome to the limelight, you're now the star of your very own music video. Select a song from our collection of tunes, style your look with some cool threads and accessories, then get ready for your close up as we shoot, edit and release your bid to stardom. Participate with up to 4 people and live out your rock star fantasy! *Attend 1 of the 3 available sessions; 30 minutes each.

Studio Time:
Now experienced rockers can play along with their music idols using our all-new Jammit Recording Studio. Pick your favorite tune and fill in for any instrument on the track. Overlay your part onto the original cut for a remastered version you can share with your biggest fans.
*Attend 1 of the 3 available sessions; 45 minutes each.

No experience is needed, and all are welcome to be in the band.

For registration, schedules, location of classes and concerts please go to the Public Relations desk. Guests must be 12 years of age or older to participate. Sessions start promptly, guests will not be able to join if they arrive 5 minutes after the start of the session. Music instrument choice is not guaranteed. Once registered, guests may cancel by 10 AM the day of their confirmed session. If they do not cancel or cancel late, a $ USD Cancellation fee will be incurred by the guest.
