It is our policy that all Guests under the age of 20 must be accompanied by a guest 21 or older who must either share the same room or be in a nearby room.
If THE HOTEL determines that a reservation violates our policy we reserve the right to:
• Not register the guests applying our late cancellation fees or
• Collect a $50 damage fee per person which will be returned upon check-out and sign compliance with our Guest Vacation Policy
• No student groups or spring breakers allowed
Alerts
Effective February 1st 2026, the Environmental Tax currently ranges from approximately $2.00 US to $9.00 US dollars per person per night. Payable locally directly to the hotel upon check in. Rates are subject to change.
Please be advised that effective now until November 28th, 2026, Crown Paradise Club Cancun in Mexico will be undergoing its annual maintenance works throughout the property.
The maintenance works will be scheduled as follows therefore the following services will be closed:
•Kids Paradise Club: September 14th, 2026 to September 26th, 2026
The Kid´s activities program will continue as normal and will take place at the Family Water Park and other areas where activities will be offered so that children can continue enjoying the contests, movies, and crat classes regularly offered.
•Teen Club (water slides) - Dates: May 02nd, 2026 to May 30th, 2026
Water slides will be closed one at a time while maintenance is being carried out. The other water slides remain open and available during this time.
The programmed maintenance schedule for all the restaurants include works on furniture, bathrooms, air-conditioners, kitchens and general paintwork.
