Terms & Conditions
The following fees will apply for legal/civil ceremonies:
• Mexico- blood test ($220), translation of ceremony and marriage certificate ($180), Authentication, legalization and shipping ($150). Legal Ceremony on Sunday fee ($100). Additional fees may apply for Catholic ceremonies.
The prices of the paperwork requested might change without previous notice. Some countries may require additional paperwork to validate a marriage in the country of residence. Spring Break Policy:
Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations.
The valid period is March 1st, 2022 to April 30th, 2022. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age.
• One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour.
• In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
Students Groups Policy:
Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Student/Youth Groups that is applicable year-round and for all Iberostar properties. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age.
• Students Groups are ON REQUEST for any hotel. Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• To make reservation, please send the request to our Central Group´s Department for Iberostar Hotels in Mexico through the following contact details Leticia Gonzalez ([email protected]) and Carolina López ([email protected]).
• One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying the group are responsible for the students’ behaviour.

• FIT bookings and Groups, upon check-in will be required to leave a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any damages, unpaid expenses, losses or fines that the clients incur or become responsible during their stay at the hotel. If nothing happens during the group’s stay, this deposit will be refund to the TT.OO/Agency after departure.
• Alcoholic drinks will be offered to the students older than 18 years old.

Effective February 1st 2026, the Environmental Tax currently ranges from approximately $2.00 US to $9.00 US dollars per person per night. Payable locally directly to the hotel upon check in. Rates are subject to change.
