For Spring Breakers / Student Groups, the hotel will require a safety deposit of $100 USD per room(upon arrival) which is refunded to the clients upon checkout as long as not incidences were reported. The form of payment for the safety deposit must be applied by credit card, per room or by the tour leader with the total amount of rooms.
Student Groups will be on request basis only. In the case a request comes through and is confirmed, a deposit of $100 USD per room upon arrival, is required for any underage (-18 years old) student groups. This deposit will be refunded at check-out is no damage is found in the room. A tutor or legal guardian and a letter of acceptance of responsibility is required for each 10th underage passenger, from the 11th underage passenger, another will be signed and subsequently on the 21st, 31st.
