Smoking Policy
The Public Health (Tobacco Control) regulation 2013 and the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Act 2015 prohibits the smoking of any and all substances in public spaces, work places and enclosed areas, except locations which are specifically designated as smoking areas.
The smoking of marijuana is illegal in Jamaica and is prohibited at all times in all locations, all rooms are non-smoking. This policy is strictly enforced and a cleaning charge of USD $300 is charged for smoking in all guestrooms and balconies.
A Security Deposit will be collected on a credit card upon check in: USD $100 for In-room Safe and USD $30 per beach towel card. This deposit is refunded at the time of check out and safe return of the items.
