Spring Break Policy: Minimum check in age is 18 years old. Maximum number of rooms for spring break groups is 25 rooms or 100 pax. One chaperone required for every 20 pax. Chaperone must be at least 30 years old.
Security fee of $200 USD per room will be required at check-in, and will be given back to client at check-out if no damages have been made to the property.

Please note, the pool located between building 7 and 10 will undergo minor maintenance until June 15, 2025 with little disturbance to guests. During this time the second pool will be available and operating as normal.
