The couple and their guests must stay for at least two nights, arriving one day before the event. It is recommended to book rooms for the couple and guests in advance. "Guests" refers to participants staying at the hotel. If an external wedding planner or service provider is hired directly by the client, a set fee must be paid to cover food and beverage costs. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The bride’s bouquet and groom’s boutonniere are made with fresh seasonal flowers. Services must be confirmed at least 20 days before the event. Otherwise, the hotel will cancel the event without refund. Dinner at the restaurant is subject to availability. Restaurants may be shared with other guests. Prices do not include sales tax. The Civil Ceremony Plan does not include document submission to the Ministry of Public Relations. Neither the symbolic nor the civil ceremony includes an officiant. Early access for the couple to hotel facilities starts at 10:30a.m., with room check-in at 2:00p.m. Standard check-in is at 3:00p.m., and check-out is at 12:00p.m.
