At Iberostar, we firmly believe in hand-crafted customization, by asking you what you want instead of telling you what we have. However we realized that sometimes you see something spectacular that you simply must have, exactly as it is. Therefore if one of our inspirations is exactly what you have envisioned, we have made it easier than ever. We have priced these looks, as shown in the Lookbook 2023 so you can get an idea of what it costs to pull each one off for a party of 12.

Our inspirations include the following items:

Ceremony:
• Personalized service from an onsite Romance Event Planner
• Location for the ceremony including setup of wedding venue
• Choice of 3 complementary services:
- Officiant for symbolic ceremony
- Recorded music and microphone provided for the ceremony
- Sparkling wine served after the ceremony
- Classic white frosted wedding cake
- Dinner reservation in one of the a la carte restaurant for 12 guests (if opted not to do a private reception)

Personal flowers for the wedding couple matching inspiration

Reception:
• Location for 3 hours with inspiration décor set up
• Plated 3 course menu or buffet style menu (3 stations)
• Open bar included for 3 hours

Terms and Condition:
• Wedding couples are included in the number of people
• Iberostar requires that the wedding couple and 80% of the wedding guest must stay a minimum of 3 nights at the hotel where the wedding takes place.
• Service available in all markets, unless otherwise noted. Other offerings may be available.
• All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices are valid for weddings taking place through 31/OCT/2024. Black out dates may apply. Prices subject to change without notice.
• Non-refundable $250 deposit required to lock date for wedding (payment via credit card or wire transfer)
• Restaurant in semi-private area for maximum of 32 guests, including the couple
• No discounts apply for smaller groups
• External vendor charges as well as penalty fees may apply when not using resort approved suppliers
• Flower and decor choices vary by destination and seasonality. Please check with the resorts wedding sales exclusive regarding available options
