• The Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana has advised that a series of enhancement projects will take place from April 10, 2026, through December 20, 2026. These improvements have been carefully planned to minimize any impact on the guest experience. Planned Enhancements Include: • Guestroom renovations in Villas 30–39 (a total of 358 guestrooms). • The pool and pool bar located near these villas will be temporarily unavailable; guests will continue to enjoy access to four additional pools throughout the resort. • The Bougainvillia Lobby and Mai Tai Bar will be temporarily relocated to the Nacar Lobby. • Restaurant updates and alternative dining arrangements: o Bouganville Buffet: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at the Nacar Buffet Restaurant.  Rodizio Restaurant (Beach Club Las Olas) will offer breakfast.  Tequila Restaurant (Beach Club Las Olas) will offer midday lunch. o Maiko (Asian cuisine): Asian specialties will be available at the Takara Restaurant, located at Bahia Principe Grand Turquesa. o Caprizio (Italian cuisine): Italian dishes will be featured within the Mexican Restaurant at Las Olas. • Theatre Tropicana: Entertainment and shows will be relocated to the Nacar Lobby Terrace and the Bahia Principe Village Theatre. All work will be contained exclusively within the Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana section. All other resort amenities, dining venues, and services will continue to operate as normal. For guest safety and comfort, renovation areas will be clearly marked and securely enclosed. While the work is not expected to involve disruptive construction, guests may experience minor, intermittent noise between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily. Every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
