Spring Break:
• The hotel will not accept any Spring Break groups. If the hotel authorizes an exception, a Spring Break Groups Policy will apply:

Occidental Caribe will accept student / youth travelers if the following conditions / restrictions are met:

• Students/youths are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. They will be required to sign a responsibility letter agreeing to leave the hotel if there is a disruption.
• Upon check-in, each guest will sign a letter that outlines the hotel's policies. The hotel will have the right to ask the student/youth to check-out of the property if those policies are not fulfilled without the rights to a refund for the remaining nights on the reservation.
• Upon check in, each student/youth will be required to leave a security deposit of $200. Deposit is mandatory, per person, and must be paid in cash. -Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. Chaperone(s) will be required for any hotel guest under the age of 18. One (1) chaperone is required per three (3) students/youths under the age of 18. Chaperone(s) must be 28 years of age or older.
• Please note the adult age and legal drinking age in Dominican Republic is 18. All guests under 18 will be given a wristband that will not allow them to be served alcohol at the restaurants, bars, and hotel disco. • Student/youth under the age of 18 will be provided with a NON Adult bracelet which means they will not have access to alcoholic beverages and will not have access to the disco.
• All guests are required to wear wristbands. Each lost wristband must be replaced at a cost of $250 USD (no exceptions).
