May to September 2025:
Select guest rooms will be redecorated and sofa beds will be replaced (approx. 30 rooms per day). Work hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
September 1 – November 1, 2025:
The Jazmín Buffet Restaurant will be closed for renovations. Food service will be offered at Snack Las Olas, and during high occupancy periods, the Food Market Round Island at Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica will also be accessible.
Work hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
The main lobby will be expanded with a new terrace on the opposite side of the current one. The flooring in this area will be replaced, and the space will be painted and redecorated to give it a fresh, updated look. The area will be properly fenced off to minimize visual impact and isolate noise.
Work hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
September 1 – December 15, 2025:
The Takara Themed Restaurant will be renovated into an à la carte Indian restaurant. This renovation will not cause any inconvenience to guests. Guests may enjoy alternative à la carte dining options by reservation:

• Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica: Gourmet, Steakhouse, Italian, and Japanese.
