If you have a minimum of ten participants for your excursion, you may also be entitled to a group discount on your. Your registered travel agent will provide professional guidance and travel advice when planning your group vacation. Your travel agent will take on the task of managing all the travel details and communicating with your travelling companions. If you choose to book with a travel agent, we request that all communications regarding your booking be directed through them. If you prefer to book with Sunwing Vacations directly, you may also start the booking process within your Groups quote by selecting “Continue with your booking” located on the bottom, right-hand corner of your quote page. By simply adding a group name, we receive a notification and will start the booking process by contacting you to confirm your group’s requirements. No, space is not held based on the quote request alone. A group booking is not confirmed until we receive a written request to confirm the booking, deposits for your group are applied and you have received a group booking number. Please note that all quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Your request may not have met our minimum room or seat availability requirements, or you may have selected a product, route, departure date or duration that we do not offer group travel rates for.
